our clinic days fill very quickly.

Please clearly state the species of animal, age or weight, what the suspected problem is, provide a history including attaching any outcomes from veterinary visits, tests and x-rays, and any please advise if the animal is on medication. This will allow us to allocate the appropriate time & prepare for your appointment.

Please remember to bring on your visit all the history, including any test results, treatment received, & the name of any veterinarian or other person you consulted. This  is vital information for us to help with your animal’s treatment.

In order to make your visit to our hospital run as smoothly as possible, we ask you to please read & complete the Consent Form on the right of this page.

Please understand our wildlife hospital is very busy with patients coming from far and wide. As in any hospital, we see many emergency cases so delays may occur as we prioritise the most urgent patients.

Our main facility is located in the NSW Southern Tablelands. Directions are provided when you book your appointment.
